The Syracuse EOC is excited to welcome students back to the classroom.  In order to provide a comfortable and effective environment for adult learning, we operate with minimum rules and guidelines. The attached Student Handbook outlines our expectations for student performance and behavior. The guidelines presented in this handbook have been developed by students, faculty, counselors, and administrators to help all students be successful. Your suggestions for improving both this handbook and the Educational Opportunity Center are always welcomed.
