The counselors at the SEOC work to create personal relationships with the students. This enables a counselor and student to work together to develop a plan to meet the individual goals of the student. Upon acceptance into the SEOC, each student is assigned to a counselor who will follow the student through his or her time at the SEOC.

In addition there is a full-time Employment Specialist that is available to all students to aid with resume, cover letter and interview preparation.
