In the month of December, nine students completed their training for Microsoft Office 2007 Word or PowerPoint and passed the certification exam to become Microsoft Certified Application Specialists (MCAS). The training consisted of 4-5 weeks of rigorous in-class training and at-home study. Passing the MCAS exam requires individuals to possess a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of MS Office programs, and demonstrates to employers that a person can utilize MS Office to its fullest capacity. The training and testing are free to qualified individuals. For more information about how you or your employees can take advantage of this amazing opportunity, contact Amanda Wall, ATTAIN Lab Manager, at wallam@morrisville.edu or 472-0130.
